By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions
  • “Company” refers to Unireach Consultancy, registered under the laws of Bangladesh.
  • “Client” refers to any individual, student, parent, or guardian who engages our services.
  • “Services” include admission consultancy, scholarship guidance, visa processing assistance, and career counseling.
  • “Third Parties” refer to educational institutions, embassies, visa agencies, and financial institutions.
Scope of Services

We assist clients in selecting the most suitable universities and programs based on their academic background, career goals, and financial situation. Our team provides detailed insights into admission requirements, deadlines, and documentation to enhance the chances of a successful application. We also offer personalized counseling to help students prepare compelling application materials, including personal statements, statements of purpose (SOP), resumes, and letters of recommendation. Our consultants ensure that all documents meet international university standards, increasing the likelihood of acceptance.

Understanding the financial burden of studying abroad, we guide clients through various scholarship opportunities, tuition fee waivers, and financial aid programs offered by universities, governments, and private organizations. We provide information on eligibility criteria, application procedures, and required documents for scholarships. Additionally, our experts assist in drafting strong scholarship essays and applications, maximizing the chances of securing funding for education. In cases where educational loans are required, we provide guidance on obtaining student loans from banks and financial institutions.

The visa application process can be complex and challenging, but our consultancy simplifies it by providing step-by-step guidance. While we strive to provide accurate information and expert assistance, it is important to note that we do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approvals, as final decisions rest with universities, scholarship committees, and immigration authorities. Our role is to facilitate the process and maximize the chances of success through well-informed, professional consultation.

Eligibility
  • Our services are available to individuals above 18 years of age.
  • Clients under 18 years must have parental or guardian consent to engage our services.
  • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information for service eligibility.
Limitations
  • No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarship, or Visa Approval – We assist in preparing applications, but final decisions rest with universities, scholarship committees, and immigration authorities.
  • No Influence Over Third-Party Decisions – We cannot alter or influence decisions made by universities, embassies, or scholarship providers. Any delays, rejections, or policy changes are beyond our control.
  • No Liability for Incorrect or Incomplete Client Information – Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not accountable for rejections or legal issues arising from false or misleading documents.
  • No Legal or Immigration Representation – We do not provide legal representation for visa appeals, asylum applications, or immigration disputes. Our visa guidance is based on publicly available information and experience.
  • No Responsibility for Policy Changes – Universities, embassies, and governments frequently update their policies. We do our best to stay informed but are not liable for sudden changes affecting applications.
  • No Control Over Processing Time – Admission, visa, and scholarship processing times vary. We cannot guarantee expedited processing or specific timelines.
  • Limited Role in Financial Transactions – We do not collect tuition fees or handle direct financial transactions between students and institutions. Clients must make payments directly to the relevant institutions or service providers.
  • No Responsibility for Academic or Career Outcomes – We provide career counseling and university selection advice, but we do not guarantee job placements, internships, or long-term career success.
  • No Accommodation Arrangements – We may offer general guidance on accommodation, but we do not book, manage, or guarantee housing for students. Clients are responsible for securing their own accommodations.
  • No Refunds for Unsuccessful Applications – Our consultancy fees cover advisory services, not outcomes. If an application is unsuccessful (e.g., admission rejection, visa denial, or scholarship disqualification), refunds will not be provided unless specified in our refund policy.
  • Not Responsible for Client’s Personal Conduct – Once a client is admitted or has traveled abroad, we are not responsible for their behavior, legal compliance, or issues related to misconduct, visa violations, or academic performance.
  • No Liability for Force Majeure Events – We are not responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, political instability, travel restrictions, pandemics, or changes in international laws affecting clients.
These limitations ensure transparency in our services and define our role as an education consultancy. Clients are encouraged to read and understand these terms before engaging our services.
Payment Terms
  • Clients must pay consultation fees before availing services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile banking, or cash.
  • Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in service suspension.
Refund Policy
  • If a client cancels a service before submission of applications, a partial refund may be provided.
  • If an application has already been processed, no refund will be issued.
  • Visa rejections DO NOT qualify for refunds, as decisions are at the discretion of the immigration authorities.
Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications.
  • Submit required documents on time.
  • Follow university and embassy regulations for applications and interviews.
  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities (e.g., providing false documents).
If a client is found submitting false information or forged documents, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • A client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • A client violates these Terms of Use.
  • A client refuses to cooperate or provide required documentation.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of service termination.

Clients can terminate services anytime by submitting a written notice.

Third-Party Links and Services
  • Our website or consultancy services may contain links to third-party websites (universities, embassies, scholarship boards).
  • Clients should review third-party terms before engaging with them.
  • We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their privacy policies or services.
Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays or failures caused by:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics, etc.).
  • Government policy changes.
  • War, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Clients agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Changes to Terms of Use

We may update or modify these Terms of Use periodically. Clients will be notified via email or website notice before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
